The challenge
Technicians were using paper job sheets and calling the office to update job statuses. Scheduling was done in a shared Google Calendar and customer follow-up was inconsistent.
Our approach
We built a React Native app for iOS and Android that gave technicians a digital job sheet, real-time scheduling visibility, photo capture for before-and-after documentation, and automated customer SMS updates.
