The challenge

Patients called the front desk for appointment confirmations, lab results, and billing questions. Staff spent hours on the phone each day, and patients complained about long hold times.

Our approach

We built a HIPAA-aware patient portal with secure login, appointment scheduling, lab result notifications, and online bill pay. It integrated with their existing EHR via HL7 FHIR APIs.
